Hi Ray,
The Var number is configurable in the MCode Setup in the Tool Setup Screen. Have you checked that?

Tom,
That's kinda what I initially thought, but then I saw the hard-coded numbers in the example code, and got confused. There *really* should be a comment in there indicating that the P Var number is the first Var for the thread. Us dumb users can't remember all these little details, and the examples are about all we have to go by...
